52 Weeks - Week 11

This is Landon. We had the chance to take some more baby pictures this week. Working with kids and babies is very interesting, sometimes they do just what you want and sometimes they just do what they want. This little guy was happy and smiling until we picked up the camera and then he wanted to show his tough face, but we snuck in some great shots.

52 Weeks - Week 10

Having a little fun this week. These were the cake toppers from my grooms cake. Last week was a pretty easy week, not a lot going. Football is in full swing and we had Jeff and Jack over to watch the Hogs Saturday. Anyways, Monday Night Football is coming on so I gotta go. Hopefully, next week I'll have some more baby pictures to show from a shoot I have scheduled.

52 Weeks - Week 9

Zach and Rachel's fall sports started up this weekend. So we went to watch both of their games on Saturday. It was a good day. Both the kids played well and the rain held off, which we were thankful for. While we were there I thought I would try to get some action shots of the kids. (Also we are trying to compile Awesome Aunt and Uncle points which we can use for favors at a latter date.)

52 Weeks - Week 8

After a very busy week I finally got to take some pictures. In case some of you haven't heard Chelsey has started playing soccer again. There is an adult indoor soccer league in Springdale and Chelsey got on a team. They have played a couple of games so far and Chelsey seems to be having fun. So in honor of her sporting debut I thought it would be fun to take an individual picture of her to show everyone how intense she is. The other teams better watch out she's ready to go. (Also she is really very good and I enjoy getting to watch. I still don't know what's going on all the time but I'm getting better. I keep telling her to pick up the ball and tackle someone :)

Sad Week

I didn't take the picture above, in fact I didn't get to take any pictures last week as we had other things come up. First of all we went camping last weekend with some friends and had a great time. We had a plan to come back a shoot some pictures on Sunday when we got back. However, when I woke up Sunday morning I noticed that my feet were covered in bug bites. I was attacked by fire ants and it is no fun. They burned and hurt to walk so instead of pictures I just tried to stay off my feet.

Then Monday night my Grandpa passed away (Mom's Dad) so when left and drove over to Pocahontas about 5 hours away in eastern Arkansas. We went over for the visitation and funeral on Wed. and Thurs. It was really nice and there was a ton of people that came to both. You could tell that everyone in that community really respected and loved him. It is a sad time for the family but at least that lessened by the fact that he was very strong spiritually and is in a better place now. Thanks for all the support everyone has given us through this tough time, it is truly appreciated.
